It is spacious and well-appointed, with everything in the kitchen we could possibly need, plenty of bath towels and comfortable bedding. Each bedroom allows for individualized cooling, making it perfect for this group of "I'm cold, I'm hot" friends. The owner was extremely gracious, promptly answering my questions even though I was oblivious to the information posted in the house and was asking questions that were clearly answered in information sheets at the front door and in the kitchen. When we did run into one minor need (dishwasher detergent) he delivered a supply immediately. We couldn't have asked for a better host! All in all, I would highly recommend this VRBO and should our group gather again in Park Rapids, I suspect we will want to locate here again."
