Moon Palace Jamaica – All Inclusive

"Our vacation was wonderful!We came to Moon place for our daughter’s 13th birthday. She’s a very picky eater and loved the food. The facility was absolutely beautiful! The staff were so kind and welcoming. The food was delicious from the buffet to the restaurants. The resort was kept clean and well tended to. Our rooms were refreshed daily. We swam with the dolphins and parasailed. The instructors were attentive and very knowledgeable on the excursions. Overall 10/10 my baby cried when it was time to leave. Thank you for a beautiful memorable trip we’ll definitely return!"

"The Cansanova restaurant was supposed to be premier, but it was not. Food was not great. It was terrible, it was comparable to an average restaurant. The food on the resort was not very seasoned as expected to be in Jamaica. Very bland. Not enough to do on the resort and the beach front had very little beach and sand area, less than a mile long if that. And the sand was brown, not white. Overall, I'd give the resort a 3-1/2 stars."

"This property is very cozy, comfortable and has the best views I've seen thus far! The pool is steps away from the apartment. The apartment is also near a lot of restaurants, shopping center & the town. I would definitely be coming back to stay!"

"I did not realize that this was rated as a 3 star. It could use some minor repairs. (water damage and what looked like mould on the walls, kitchen water tap needs to be fixed had no water for a day. 1 Electrical plug that was fixed during my stay. Shutter in the bathroom that kept poppin open.) Was not happy about the few cockroaches. This place had a fantastic view. I would definitely book here again. "
