Sympathetically converted, it stands in 85 acres of woodland and sheep-farming land, which visitors are welcome to explore. With a bothy, camp fire site and fixed orienteering trail available on site. Walking, mountain bike trails, riding, golf and fishing locally. Sailing at Barmouth 12 miles.
