The lock on the door to the unit was a padlock which didn’t have a marking as to where to line up the numbers. We reached out to the host but got no answer. « The worst experience ever. If we could give a minus of any number it would not even been enough. A message was sent to go in with a code on the door. THERE WAS NO ELAVATOR and going up the stairs with all of the suitcases for three floor specially for my husband that had low back surgery . « The location was great, easy check-in, space comfortable. Beds were especially comfortable. Sofia was very responsive. We were unable to get in to apartment one day because the batteries in the electronic door lock died. It was a bit of a pain to go find batteries, etc., but we were refunded for the cost.Only one real issue had to do with unpleasant odor in the kitchen (smelled like a combination rancid oil/chemical odor).
