"We stayed for one night in a junior suite. It was clean, spacious and well decorated. Bathroom was modern and clean. Bed was super comfy. We arrived late and was greeted by a very friendly attendant, the lounge was nice and could get a drink. Breakfast was open nice and early. Food was delicious. The next time I’m on the east side of the island, I will be back! "

"We had a quick overnight stay that was quite comfortable with a beautiful view over the harbor. The cabin has a separate bedroom - the bathroom isn’t overly cramped which is a nice plus. They provided shampoo. Check in was easy - just a few doors away at the main hotel & restaurant. "

"I was honestly expecting an extremely rustic little cottage and this definitely wasn’t luxury but it was much prettier and more pleasant than I expected. The grounds are lovely, the horses are nice and easy hikes not in walking distance from the cabin. Cabin has a functional small kitchen with stove and even had cooking oil. Only hand soap available in bathroom but that comes with the territory, not even the nicest places we stayed in Iceland would qualify as luxury by US standards. Restaurant was good too. Recommend for anyone going to this area of the country. "
