"Generally the interior and exterior of property is not cleaned. Parking lot had lots of waste and empty beer bottles. Elevator had food on the walls for the 2 days we were there, never cleaned. Pool is not heated, hot tub is permanently out of order. Pool water is cloudy and dirty, did not go in because of this. Room is very dated and needs Reno. Beds are horrible, way too soft. The bed frame was broken and several wheels missing, looked under the bed to find it's held up with small chunks of scrap wood. Bathroom and shower sinks take forever to drain. The room overall is not very clean."

"The hotel is clean, pool area is clean. The pool is a little cooler than we like. Breakfast is good, fruits were disappointing and quite of rough looking. Coffee is gross. Rooms are a little smaller than we like, especially for a family"

"The staff are very friendly. The location of the hotel is right in the heart of downtown Sudbury with vehicle parking across the street. The hotel is quite dated and is in need of some upgrades. I personally did not feel very safe and would not recommend walking around at night as there are a lot of homelessness in this area. The breakfast was decent however there is no bathroom in the lobby/breakfast area and i was allowed to use the staff bathroom. Beds were soft, decor dated but clean. the elevator had a funky smell. the fitness centre did not look appealing - only 2 machines that didnt look like they were properly maintained. "

"Room was clean but dated and smelled a little when first entering. Place was dated. Outside was run down. Window did not lock. Staff were not friendly. I booked for 3 adults and when I asked for an extra blanket and pillow I was asked why and had to confirm how many people in room followed by a sigh. I confirmed on checking in that the third memeber would be arriving a little later, gave name and asked they be let into the room. They were left outside. I enquired about a 30 minute extension to check out and was told "they dont do late check out too busy". Hotel was not full. Breakfast was limited coffee was cold. Great for contractors not recommended for families or long term stay. One night passing through. "
