« There was a lot of space, but it wasn’t well-maintained. There was a persistent bad smell that we couldn’t identify. It was musty but also smelled like garbage. It reached every room in the house, but was strongest in the garage/ basement and front entrance. There were also so many big flies on the first floor, at least a dozen of them around the windows. We tried to investigate the smell but couldn’t figure it out. After sleeping in it for a night, we let the owners know but they told us there...

« Thought it was a private apartment. It was a bedroom with access to a nearby bathroom. Space was shared with others. Was not expecting a bedroom only. Had booked for two nights but did not stay for 5 minutes. So disappointing. »

« The property was exactly as advertised. VERY VERY clean , beds were comfortable , a fancy stay indeed. This is the only place I wanna stay when I’m in Sudbury from now on. »

« This place was a perfect location for a disc golf tournament. The rooms are basic that suited our needs. Beds were very comfortable. Needed a more thorough deep cleaning however, and definitely in need of upgraded pots and pans and shower curtain. Communication wasn’t the best. Had a minor issue that never got resolved. Please note: there are many stairs…to approach the front entry way and then once inside for the multiple levels. »
