"The breakfast was good. I would add half-and-half milk for the coffee, I had to go out and buy half-and-half, I don’t use carnation because of the amount of sugar in that product."

"The room was clean and had no smell but they took money from us without notice. A few days after our stay we had an extra charge from the hotel with no explanation or warning. When we called and asked what it was, we were told we stole the room charging port. We explained that we did not take it and its possible our baby misplaced it in the room and asked them to double check. The receptionist continued to accuse it and made no effort to help. There was no effort made to double check the room or even check security camera to see if someone else had been in our room. We called 4-5 times with no help and unable to get to the manager. We also emailed 3-4 times and got 1 response saying they would check but they never followed up. We did not take anything that was not ours from the room and we would like to be refunded for that charge."

"From the polite helpful host, the peaceful backyard privacy, with the downtown view Everything about this location is top tier! The amenities were easy to access and instructions for use were simple and specific(I’m a big fan!) the location was an absolute gem! Hot tub, amazing, sound system for movies, fantastic, all around wonderful experience"

"Very loud does have cockroaches people walking around all hours of the night you'll be lucky if you even get a parking spot I would not highly recommend this place ever."

"Room was very dirty and when we showed pictures to the front desk agent, they seemed very unconcern and offered merely to move us to a different room, which I'm sure would not have been much cleaner. We really wanted a discount or an extra night added to our stay. Whole time we were treated with a very dismissive attitude as though we were in a budget hotel, and couldn't expect more than pubic hairs on the toilet, dirty Q-tips on the floor, a broken hair dryer, broken clothes hangers, half empty expired beauty products in the drawers, a broken toilet seat,and a number of other problems."
