"Couch extremely old and dirty. Carpets are very strained. Horrible condition. Get much better room in cheap hotels. Wyndham Grand is supposed to be the flagship of the brand. Will not stay again. "

"Very pleasant stay. As soon as I arrived, the front desk attendant was very prompt with checking me in. This will make the third year staying here two times a year when i come into town to do charity beard competitions. The rooms are always clean ,and the staff is pleasant as well. "The place is disgusting, dirty and unhygenic . We have noticed that the aircon guest used it as an ashtray. We were in room 341, and rm 307. The condition of the place is appaling. Theres no Health and safety for guest. The accommodation is for smokers but its so bad. Sheets looks dirty and smells bad. Appears not been washed gor months. Not for me. Sorry. 0/10."

"avoid this hotel at all costs! It’s a very old building that seems to be converted from some sort of bigger business than just a hotel. The parking lot being empty should’ve been enough for me to know that something wasn’t right. Do not let the main law before you once you are headed towards the rooms you will see that pieces of the ceiling or missing insulation is hanging chunks of paint or missing off of the walls on each hotel room door. The doors are dirty. The carpet is filthy and the halls linger with the smell of cigarettes. upon checking into my room when walking in I was greeted with a very strong smell of urine and cigarettes. When the front desk was notified, she offered to show me another room, but I had already seen too many different things in the hotel that did not match the photos that left me feeling uncomfortable and unsafe to even consider. If you’re ever considering booking this hotel, I suggest you go in person first to get a good feel of what you’re actually about to endure!"
