Good hotel for business travelers

The hotel is good for business travelers. It is very near to main Gulshan avenue but still difficult to locate.The hotel has all the amenities of a star category hotel. Staffs are friendly and hospitable. Breakfast spread was satisfactory. WiFi service was good. They do not respond to phone calls which is very frustrating. However, there is scope for lots of improvement in service and facilities.

Don't expect as a Hotel following Intl Standards

The Hotel is seems to be in by-lanes; which makes it difficult to get transportation be it car/tuk tuk. Also, the hotel doesn't have a full-fledged transport system for our daily needs. The in-house restaurant may disappoint you when you visit for any meals. This hotel has some weird timings for breakfast and the standard of breakfast is not at all international. Overall this experience is disappointing and would not recommend to others.
