"We had stayed with you earlier in the week, but our plane did not land until midnight; the first room we had with you was gross even at midnight. I was not looking forward to returning. However, we arrived before 8 PM. Your check-in gal said she had just put some cookies in. Because that batch was consumed immediately, she generously made more and brought them to our room. Nice staff that is willing to go the extra mile for tired travelers makes your hotel stand out. She gets five stars."

"When I got out of my car after a long drive up from Sacramento, the first thing I noticed on the way to the office was the lovely smell of a hanging basket of flowers. The staff was so friendly and welcomed me and my dog to the property, which had a nice gazebo where I could give her water and a little rest before we went to our room. The room was quiet and restful, a perfect place to relax before getting back on the road the next morning."
