« Clean and comfortable »

« We were in room 242, not really clean, there was alot of dirt under the bed, under the desk area there was garbage, just little pieces, but obviously not cleaned. The shower head was really poor, so small for such a large bathroom. No firepits as advertised. The front desk knew nothing about firepits. We could only use the indoor pool, that's poor. Would I stay here again, probably not and I love Hyatt. We paid a premium price during off season and didn't get premium. »

« We had a great stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful view of the ocean. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. The location was perfect—so close to the beach and within easy walking distance of stores and restaurants. We loved being able to walk everywhere and enjoy the ocean right outside our door. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel! »

« We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Jorge's condo! The property is beautiful, impeccably maintained, and located close to everything we wanted to do on the beach. One of our favorite parts of the trip was enjoying the breathtaking sunset views from the condo overlooking the bay each evening, truly some of the best sunsets we've seen in the area.What really made this stay exceptional, however, was Jorge.
