"Our stay at Eden Lodge was horrible and the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. There was no power on in hotel as the generator is only turned on at 6.00pm and the staff were using a torch to try and find our booking. We booked and paid 6 weeks before our stay but the reception had no record of our booking and payment when we tried to book in. Our booking details and payment were only confirmed the next morning. "This is a lovely lodge close to Victoria Falls. I wasn't sure about a good location in VFalls but this is fine. You can easily get transportation to all events. The room was comfortable and clean with mosquito nets. Great water pressure and hot water. Fans and air conditioning although the city power did go out for a bit. Bridget was very responsive and helpful in making reservations for us for events and transportation. Secure location. Small but nice pool. Breakfast was good; dinner was not quite as good but adequate. Very nice people in the restaurant. "
