The staff were so accommodating and there to assist whenever required. I only spent two nights here and really didn't want to leave. You arrive by boat to an warm welcome from staff including the manager on duty. The rooms are well appointed with a private pool for each room, comfortable beds and the most amazing view of the Zambezi river. The lodge is not fenced so the chance of being greeted by monkeys or warthogs with your morning coffee if highly likely. The staff are so helpful and lovely making your stay all that much more enjoyable. The food is great quality and in abundance. Game drives or river cruises are offered twice a day and we saw a variety of game each time we went out. Zimbabwean people are great and very hospitable. Great location of lodge with awsome game drives as you are right in the national park.
