"Large well maintained grounds. Reception Staff was very attentive. Joseph was especially kind and helpful. Room was small but offered great views Ann was comfortable for two. Lee, dining room host was wonderful. Shuttle service was a bonus to get to and from various locations. Victor from Heritage booked several activities and cabs for us. He was always available to assist. On-site dining was excellent with breakfast buffet included with our booking level. Highly recommend this place. "

However, if you book a standard room, expect to find met minor issues with it. If you book there, more expensive rooms, you’re likely not to find these minor issues. "Very nice lodge in Victoria Falls. We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly, the rooms were nice, with a big bathroom, and the gardens and general ambience were lovely. The only thing we could possibly criticise slightly are the restaurant, which doesn't offer a lot of choice - but that probably reflects the limitations of a relatively small lodge versus a big hotel."

"The rooms aren’t noise proof you can literally hear every conversation happening outside by the balcony or when room service is taking to neighbouring room. Everything else great "

"Overall a lovely property with nice service people. The front desk and the ease of information could certainly be improved. The game drive was slated for 10 people max, and we were brought to the truck already full and asked to pile in. 14 people in the truck, this was my least favorite activity as although we saw some animals you can see much more in other places. I was charged by Expedia for an extra person. The activities needed to be paid separately ($25 per adult and half for children)....
