Alphonso and "G" were great property and beach managers who were always there if anything was needed and the source of great local restaurant recommendations. "This house has a great layout and two wings with bedrooms in each. The outdoor pool area is beautiful and peaceful, overlooking the bay. It is fully equipped with a wine fridge, glasses and all the amenities we needed. The only downside was the 9 min walk to seven mile beach (as advertised on vrbo) is across a busy highway with no crosswalks and we could not get to beach without incurring taxi costs."

"Absolutely gorgeous! I would go back in a heartbeat. We stayed 4 nights at Botanica & stayed at the Westin our last night- we preferred Botanica, hands down. We traveled with a 10 & 7 year old, and you can’t beat the laundry, kitchen, & extra space at Botanica. We rented a car & beach access was only a 2 min drive. They provide the cutest umbrella, beach chairs, and cooler that made it so easy. Best vacation ever :-)"

"Overall enjoyed the stay. To note this property is on the second floor and you have stairs inside to the 3rd floor master bedroom, outdoor portion. As soon as you enter the water there is alot of rocks for 10-15 feet before you hit the sand portion of the water part. Was uncomfortable getting in and out. That was the only thing I can complain about. But besides that was awesome budget friendly option. Definitely rent a car if you plan on staying here."

"Sunset Cove Condominiums is a gorgeous property, and is located perfectly on 7 Mile Beach. We paid for an island view room, but were given an ocean view room without even asking. Not sure why, but I never look a gift horse in the mouth. Anyway, the room was beautiful, the property was extremely clean, and we will definitely be back in the future!"
