« The staff was the best we ever experienced. Very helpful and awesome service. We enjoyed the outside tables and firepit. We got a pizza to go and brought our beverages and it was very peaceful with our goldendoodles. The room and balcony was excellent. Very quiet stay. I would go back to Boone just to stay here. »

« The gentleman staffing the front desk ( among other duties ) is a consummate professional and has superior interpersonal skills , as well as a friendly demeanor and genuine enthusiasm to help all guests . He was consistently helpful and is a huge asset to the entire hotel environment. The hotel is spotless , quiet , and relaxing with an exceptional aesthetic . 5 stars in all areas ! »

« The hotel is great, I'm a repeat customer. The best breakfast in the area and offer the cleanest and spacious rooms. They have a huge fitness center as well. The only thing missing is a swimming pool, but I don't mind it. »

« The only problem I encountered was that because I booked third party, they weren't flexible with my request to allow my cousin to check in on my behalf becauseI was running late and she needed to get dressed before the wedding. I had to stop, respond to the email request before she was allowed in the room. She drove over 3 hrs. and I drove over 5 hrs. and had lost 1 hrs. because I was coming from TN. »

« I am a tall person. The upstairs toilet was too low. The mattress was a little too hard for me. The property was very nice with the wildlife around. »

« We drove up early to attend Art in the Park, and asked if we could go ahead and park in the lot even though it was well before check-in. They allowed us to do so, which saved us from having to find parking elsewhere while we shopped Blowing Rock ! Very accommodating, and much appreciated »

« Parking was down a pretty steep hill. Would be difficult for handicapped or elderly. They do have a parking spot to drop off your luggage. Other than that, the property is awesome. The rooftop bar and great breakfast included. »
