"Very quiet and peaceful"

"Rooms were clean and nice. Property is updated. Pool and jaquzzi were great. Quiet, no one bothers us when we stay. Some of the staff are very friendly, some I think may have been having a bad day"

"Fantastic Hotel"

"This hotel for the price is justifiable. The room could have been cleaner & it did smell odd when we walked into our room. The bed wasn’t comfortable but if passing through & on a budget it’s fine."

"Safe, friendly and spacious."

"It's very cozy, clean and modern house. Good location, if you wanna stay out of city and enjoy the nature."

"This property was such a dream! There is lots to visit near by, but we were content to stay at the cabin and enjoy the lake out back. The host really thought out what guests may need during their stay and we felt very well cared for. The rooms were squeaky clean, there were games, toys and puzzles available for the kids, and it was a pretty “kid proof” place to be. We had many small children in our group and felt that it was well accommodated for them. If you do bring small children, life vests...

"Great spot of a small family getaway"

"Had a great stay! Cabin was nice and easy to find. Close to hiking at Rock Island!"

"We had an amazing family weekend at this lake house! The location was perfect, and the house was clean and welcoming. Our host, Kasey, was wonderful to communicate with and made the experience even better. It was a wonderful place to relax and spend quality time together. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend it for a family getaway!"

"We had a wonderful stay! The house has great architectural features and is beautifully decorated with art pieces. The views of the lake are amazing. Our host was very attentive and even added Christmas decorations for our holiday stay. The location was great. We enjoyed local eats in downtown Smithville and hiking near Burgess Falls and Window Cliffs. "
