"Ich war sehr enttäuscht von meinem Aufenthalt im Hotel. Das Bad war unzureichend gereinigt, und als wir reklamierten, wurde uns vom Direktor gesagt, wir sollten froh über das fliessende Wasser sein. Nachgereinigt wurde nicht. Wir mussten den Boden im Bad selbst mit einem Tuch reinigen, das danach komplett schmutzig war. "Perfect accommodation for a few days away skiing with family. Reception staff were very helpful and friendly. Laundry room available to dry clothing. Short walk to town and lifts. "

"Huge deposit charged at check-in against cleaning of the rooms at check out. Guests were required to conduct thorough room clean including hoovering. The bedcovers, sheets and pillow cases and towels were all charged for separately which was not mentioned at the booking. Misleading advertising, very disappointing upon arrival. "
