"The price of the room booked online is 10% higher than the labelled price in the hotel reception; hotel is reasonable ok for a farm hotel, but charging 22euro/pp breakfast is over pricing; internet doesn’t work in this place already for a few days, they haven’t noticed us ahead they can’t take credit card , but only tell us while we are checking out, we have to spent another hour to find a ATM and pay them in cash"

"The villa did not meet the standard we reasonably expected for the €2,383.77 we paid. Although the owner was very friendly during our telephone conversations, friendliness is not the same as acknowledging responsibility and resolving the problems we encountered. The property showed numerous signs of poor maintenance and inadequate hygiene, including damaged facilities, defective appliances and several serious safety concerns. These were not isolated or recently developed issues. We reported...

Hôtel Maison Turenne

10/10 Excellent

"Well located hotel, modern, well kept and good service"

Pierre & Vacances Résidence Le Clos d'Eguisheim

8/10 Good

"The staff were really helpful when the heavy rain caused the ceiling in our apartment to leak badly. When we got the new apartment the kitchen wasnt fully clean with sauce splatters on the walls and a bit of an odor in the toilet that was there for the remainder of our stay. The pool needs some tlc but overall ee enjoyed our stay and would consider using the brand again on other locations."

Odalys City Apartment Hotel - Colmar Centre

8/10 Good

"The apartment was very nice but is in need of some maintenance. Lights were burned out at the bedside & a plug receptacle was partially pulled out of the wall, also at the bedside. The drapes in the living room area, were coming off the hanging hardware. The staff were great & very helpful. The next issue is really a Hotels.com issue. When we tried to navigate to any location on our trip(rental car was used), the location of each property came up on the navigation system as Unknown Location instead of the name of the property. Thus, we found our selves on busy unfamiliar streets close to but not exactly at the front entrance of the facility. Also, specific information regarding actual location to where to park for each facility would be helpful. In many cases, the actual property name is not the exact name on the front of the hotel/apartment."
