All the staff so friendly and helpful. The food and service in the Lexington restaurant was amazing. Great pool areas which would suit either couples or families. Can’t wait to go back again soon! "We loved our stay at this hotel. It was quiet, easily accessible and just really lovely. The staff were exceptional, always polite and happy to help. I really couldn’t speak any higher of our stay. "Perfection! Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff was amazing. My husband collapsed while walking and needed to be taken to hospital. Management could not have been more accommodating. They did everything they could for him and were very helpful to me. Grace was especially helpful when I returned from hospital. "Outstanding hotel only downside was the Mexican restaurant - so loud !! Not sure why the music hadn’t to be that loud - only ate there once and it was very expensive and average quality. Belgium bar next door was outstanding though so we just went there instead "

"The “all inclusive” option on hotels.com turned out to be the Premium All Inclusive plan which is good value for an all inclusive because the food and drinks you get is the same as other people who are paying for it. A bit limited in the restaurant options that’s actually all inclusive but it’s not bad if you go to all of them (some are a bit far, eg. you need to book a shuttle to get to). The all inclusive tiering is really complicated but if you get the premium it’s pretty good, you can go...

"Super staff, enjoyable breakfast and good provision of food and drinks in lounge. Good access to Aqua park (which was fun) Do allow time to get your car brought up from the garage. Style is Disneyesque but for some that will be a plus "
