You can walk to the center of town where everything is, along the waterfront in 10 minutes. I took the ferry to Guatemala one day. The "Placencia Sidewalk" begins at the beach house, so it was an easy stroll in to town for lunch and dinner. The host was excellent to communicate with and answer questions. »

« This was a fantastic condo. It has 4 units and shared laundry. We had the front unit looking at the owners house. Not really sure how they plan on parking for 4 cars as they are rebuilding the property fences. More than likely, golf carts only in the future. Anyway....EVERYTHING WAS FANTASTIC! And you have resort access for 2 other places as well. This was one of the few places on the boardwalk we could park a car because we were passing though going south. These folks get 6 of 5...
