« The kiteville charged my card prior to me going there. Due to overbooking they did not have my room. They did not notify me . I keep getting voice mail when I called. I drove 5 hours for my daughter’s graduation. We had no room. I ended up paying $500 for a room at the different hotel. »

« Terrible place. The room they gave me had no window glass. It was covered with a cardboard. On second level. It stunk. It reeked of cigarette smell. I asked for another room and the lady refused. I contacted Expedia and reported the place. It’s unsafe and dangerous. Do not stay there!!!! RUNNNNN »

« Shower was not draining, could not find any trash bags or dish soap; wish the bedrooms had tvs and the kitchen was stocked with more cookware; some of the dishes in cabinets needed to be rewashed before using; would appreciate a light source in the living room; would suggest removing the desk and add more furniture, also would suggest removing couch from current wall as it is blocking the radiator heater and the curtains as well as the couch were extremely hot overall for the price fairly happy...
