"Check is was fast and straight forward. Front desk agents were precised and efficiently gave me directions where the parking entrance was and how to get to my room. The room had an spectacular view (golf course view) and was super clean and organize. The bar in the middle of the lobby was a great place to chill. The bar tender (Landi) was very attentive to us. Loved interacting with her. The casino was also fun! Two thing that this Hotel can improve would be the following: First, the pool service team was not as good as the other Hotel employees. I was in the pool for about 2 hours and never did one waiter/server asked me if I wanted to order a drink or food. That was not nice!!! Second, would be the parking lot signs were not easily visible. It was hard to follow which ramp you can take to go down. There, employee, want to say was part of the garage employee team, told me to be careful when coming down as i took the wrong term, He was not too polite! This is the reason why I am only rating this hotel at 4 Stars. To finalize, the Hotel is located in nice and safe area."
