This hotel is located in a safe neighborhood with really close proximity to the San Ysidro-Tijuana border. The personal is friendly and always willing to assist with anything. The hotel is pet-friendly and has all kinds of family entertainment such as a pool table, a ping pong table, a gym and a projector movie theater. The mini kitchens are well equipped and there are stores & restaurants at a walk distance. Comfortable Stay with Excellent Service — Feels Like Home! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve stayed at Easy Rio by ULIV several times now, and it’s always a great experience. Carlos Santana at reception deserves special mention — he consistently provides excellent customer service, always helpful, professional, and friendly. The apartment itself is better than a hotel. You get a cozy living room, a kitchenette, a nice bathroom with great water pressure and plenty of hot water, and a comfortable bedroom with lots of storage space. The kitchen is well equipped — coffee maker with coffee provided, two water bottles, a refrigerator, small stovetop with pots and pans, and a microwave. Perfect setup for a longer stay. The location couldn’t be better — it’s in one of the safest neighborhoods in Tijuana. I’ve always felt comfortable walking around, even at night. There are lots of great restaurants and quick food options nearby, an OXXO just a few doors down, and one of the best taco stands only a block away. There’s even a nice coffee house on the corner. The WiFi is reliable, and the building has excellent security, which adds peace of mind. Only small downside — the communal movie nights can occasionally get a bit too loud, but overall, Easy Living Rio is a fantastic place to stay. I was very impressed by how spacious and clean this tiny apartment was. Parking was included which was a big plus. You’re in walking distance to everything in El Centro. The only negative is the bar next door.
