Things are breaking and falling apart (broken bed, faulty window, and the front door frame is cracked like someone broke into it at some point).Shower has cold water. Host was useless and rude (hung up the phone on us while trying to resolve an issue with faulty door) and then remained unresponsive until we made a complaint on Vrbo. I paid to add 5th person to my rm and got harassed We stayed in an overall great room with a great view, perfect location to be at due to traffic and main road. Security constantly harassed us since I got in touch with person in charge of room and added a 5th person to reservation. There was no communication between said person and security and building administrators and we paid the price for it. we left the night before because of it and did not enjoy our stay. Do not book this place until they fix their problems, we could not use our parking spot that came with the room because of this. we were kicked out in a sense because they have no communication and don't explain things properly at check in. they wont even give me a refund for my 5th person who only stayed 2 nights due to the constant harassment by security and front desk. ##### David N.
