"치앙마이 시내에서 여행을 하다가 골프를 위해 들어간 알파인 리조트는 그야말로 자연환경이 훌륭했어요. 리조트는 조금 오래된 시설이지만 청결하게 관리가 되고 있으며 골프장 그린 상태는 최상입니다. 8일을 묵으며 자전거를 타고 골프장 여기저기를 산책할 수 있어서 너무 좋았어요. 2019년 마지막날 아주 멋진 노을을 볼 수 있어서 너무나 힐링 되는 여행 이었습니다."

"Outside not look fancy but when you come to the room very large room nice and pretty private, staffs very nice and welcoming, room very nice and clean , large room can fit 4 people in the room , the price very cheap for nice hotel. "Some of the staff were good. Some of the staff we not so good. The towels smelled of smoke from the laundry. It seems the supplier was smoking whilst washing them and really not great The penthouse was a little dangerous as the rail up the stairs could easily fit a small child and the fall would have been 15 Ft. There was only 2 restaurants so limited choice and the food was the same every night. Quality was 3/10 We met the GM and he seemed nice and offered us a free dinner, but they messed up...

"First of all, I'm not that picky, but they really need to update their rooms. The walls were all stained, towel rack was damaged but still hanging on the wall w 2 broken hooks, the water heater was terribly tiny water droplets. There were hair in the bathroom, we got stung at least 10 x the minute we entered the room. There were barely any security on the door, jus a door knob w a button, plus a small tiny hook. All the channels were in Thai even when the screen says dual language. At midnight...

The staff are all polite and the premises were cleanly, though our room had a bit of an odd smell. "Everything in the hotel was well maintained and super clean. All the staff interfaced with was courteous and very helpful. Had one issue with outside noise but that was resolved quickly and to our satisfaction."
