The lobby and meal area is spacious and quiet and is the perfect setting for the buffet breakfast and dinners that are included with room. This is an excellent hotel with good value for the money.

The staff, the Hotel, the location were all excellent. I wish they could let us better control on the temperature. It was often too warm for us and we were told that we could not adjust the temperature ( or were not able too)

Great location, well maintained elegant property with well appointed, comfortable rooms. Gym was well equipped albeit a bit small, and system of having to get a new key for the gym was a bit of a pain. Staff were very helpful and went above and beyond to fulfill every request .

The Hotel is great. Everything you would expect at this level. Nothing dissapointed. However the staff, and the service they provided, was superior to even the most high-end Hotels I have stayed in. You could not ask for more friendly and helpful service, even when I rolled in after midnight, with a whole host of issues. We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Hotel Skeppsholmen. It was incredibly comfortable and welcoming. Staff went the extra mile to ensure our happiness. Especially to note was our experience in the restaurant. One morning we slept past breakfast. I was not in the mood for lunch and the server intuited that I was feeling down, offered for the kitchen to make us some ham and cheese sandwiches, then comped our entire meal (I had been feeling very out of sorts). We had a wonderful stay at the hotel! They truly made our honeymoon special! The staff were extremely helpful and the hotel was very clean! The location is right outside the train station and close to most sites and extremely walkable! I would recommend this hotel and would stay again.

At the heart of the city, everything is within walking distance, including the short walk from the train station so you can wheel your luggage. The is a beautiful property with rooftop restaurants and views with path through carefully groomed gardens and over the canal to the downtown core where your sightseeing, culinary whims, gardens, shopping and castle/museum hopping begin.
