"It was appalling the building needs to be condemned it's dropping to pieces and the surroundings full of litter the bed was very uncomfortable the TV could no way be pat tested no batteries in remote no on off button very old TV the lights had tripped and the building smelt damp the toilet seat was not fixed it was disgusting"
