"Using Palermo as a base for trips to other parts of Sicily, we’ve stayed here twice in the last two weeks. Everything has been first class but we are especially impressed by the staff, who have responded to everything we’ve asked or needed and always seem ready to do whatever they can to help. "

"Hotel was stunning and well located about 5 minute walk from the main strip. under 10 minute walk to the cable cars to go down to beaches. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking was a 25 euros per night (closes at 8pm) but very convenient. They bring your car back and forth for you as needed right to the front door. Breakfast was delicious with spectacular views. Highly Recommend! "

"This was the one of the best hotel stay’s that I have ever had. The concierge and front desk personnel were extremely kind and helpful. Also the location of the hotel was amazing, we were a 3 min walk from the cable car that goes into the city center. The hotel is right on the beach which is so convenient. I could go on and on about how wonderful our stay was!! "
