"We are vey puzzled about our 3 nights stay at Villa Carlo. The staff was very helpful and proactive. The minute we were getting to the breakfast restaurant, our cappuccino was prepared without us asking! This was the best breakfast amongst the 6 hotels we stayed at. A fantastic offering, so well presented, with an unbelievable number of choices for salty or sweet and fruits. The quality was well above standard. Even the cutlery and plates were fancy! The problem is really with the bathroom....

"Stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment. Place was extremely clean and had perfect black out drapes on every window and door. Bed was hard, but they provided extra blankets we used as a nest. Location isn’t the most personally desirable but fine if you have a car for exploring Marsala. Kitchen is well stocked with things needed to prepare meals, but could use some staples like salt and oil. Unfortunately the WiFi didn’t really work and kicked us off and made us login an extraordinary amount of times."

"This is a good hotel that needs some plaster repairs and some serious improvement in their hours of service in their restaurant. Sometimes their restaurant was open for dinner, often not. Never for lunch. I believe that most of the time it was open for dinner was because a couple of kids sports teams were there and they were contracted to feed them. The menu was dreadfully restricted even then. It was also cold in the restaurant and hallways, but I find that common in most of Europe and...
