Hotel is conveniently located across from the bus and train stations. Easy check in, room was clean and spacious. They have hot spring bath on the main floor. Morning breakfast had been discontinued, I presume this was because it is late in the tourism season and there wasn't many visitors. There is a mini mart across the road and a few restaurants nearby.

Very spacious. Excellent onset facilities. Very good breakfast.

Great view over Lake Kusharo

The onsen and the buffet all inclusive with sake, wine, beer and whiskey. And the dessert buffet, wow

Hotel is excellent in all areas like food, Onsen, foot bath, afternoon tea, size of room……… Not much to do and see outside unless drive or tour. Different shape of rocks can be seen from room.

The family that operates the hotel really work hard to make sure we were comfortable. They offer a beautiful breakfast each morning in a lovely setting. Parking is available out front and the rooms are well maintained.

Great experience even though I stayed over only one night.

The hotel was great for our stay. It was clean, updated and tidy, and the onsen on the 7th floor was so wonderfully upkept and gorgeous. It was a perfect stay for us before our visit to Shiretoko Park.

The only thing was for 2 nights I didn't have wifi. The place is very cozy, nice, and clean.
