Fantastic hotel, great location. Plenty of towels, hot shower, cold A/C. Convenient for pick up/drop off via Grab. Walking distance to many eateries and landmarks. Was in town for a wedding with the reception at the Sheraton and opted to stay here based on location and price and I believe we got better value. Reasonably priced hotel, strategically located to all the tourist attractions & food vendors in the heart of Kuching. The mall located in the lower ground is a plus, together with free parking for guest is helpful especially when my friends come to visit. Room is clean with up to date facilities & the staff are polite & helpful. The complimentary breakfast for 2 is a bonus because they also include some local hawker food.... a must try! Off the beaten path but very relaxing and peaceful. The service is outstanding, and the food is excellent. A great base for tours in the area; I highly recommend the Fairy Caves and the Semenggoh Nature Reserve to see the orangutans. The Sarawak Cultural Village is worth a visit as well. The beach is not great, but the pool is; the water is not too cold or warm or over-chlorinated, so it is very comfortable. Lots of cozy lounge chairs and hammocks for relaxation. Probably is the newest hotel in the area. Very new both inside and outside. The infinity pool is a huge plus. The morning breakfast has variety of food, both perfect for western culture and local culture.

Stay 4 nights at the hotel. Very good location in central Miri. Room are big and very comfortable. Request for the room changes via email and reply very promptly with changes prior to the arrival. Breakfast are good and with variety of selection. Staffs are very helpful and courteous.
