« The breakfast staff, happy-hour bartender and check-in staff were all super! Helpful and cheerful. The room and bath were very clean. Breakfast was tasty and fresh. Happy hour was a pleasant surprise we were not expecting. River side faces east and west is on the road. The road noise was louder than expected, but everyone disappeared by 8 pm. It was nice to be able to sleep past sunrise, so small trade off. Next time I might try the river side. Super stay would love to come back! »

« The property just started in October 2025 so was extremely well kept clean and much more than we ever expected. Best breakfast ever. »

« Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast should include some protein like bacon or sausage. The stairs hadn’t been swept and mopped for awhile. The staff were very friendly and helpful. »

« There was nothing unique about the property. It was poorly maintained. Starting at the entrance, the steps were in a state of disrepair. It was advertised as beautifully renovated but we found it mediocre and poor workmanship. While the room had adequate space, there was no seating provided. Upon inquiry, the desk staff said he could provide a folding chair. Nothing seemed geared to provide a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The ice machine on our floor was inoperative. « There are two people who provided great customer service Raymond and Aundra!!! This was a horrible place to stay no housekeeping or clean sheets and not towel replacements!!!! The front desks has wrong notes and training to provide great customer service, the GM has horrible customer service I will never stay at this location again, it seems they can’t keep workers at this location just horrible »
