The staff anticipate your every need, super helpful and friendly, professional, and outstanding. The food at breakfast was delicious and the hotel itself feels so boutique yet polished. "Absolutely recommend this hotel. In great location, garden room was nice and quiet (requested a quiet room and hotel accomdated it, which really appreciated it). Bed is very comfortable (not super soft which provide a great support for my back. Duvet and bedding are also comfortable. Pillows are on the slight firm end but still okay. Room is beautifully decorated. Breakfast also had loads of options. The only slight downside was one day the room has been made up but no fresh towels were replaced even though the old towels were on the floor and been removed. And we have requested new towels via reception, new towels arrived without issue."
