« While the location is perfect the lodge itself needs work. It needs updating and a refreshed clean look. The lounge chairs in the lobby are extremely worn and the warm inviting picture on line is no match to the dingy look. The room felt dark and the bed mattress saggy. Cleaning fine.No hot shower due to multiple fuses blowing. Drippy faucet. Night 2 a breaker went. « It is definitely camping but with all the amenities you want, like having a place to keep food cold, being able to take a shower, and using indoor plumbing. At this price and with these views, you can't beat it. The property manager was super accommodating and understanding. We will definitely return and you should go too! »

« It was a really nice location. 4 cabins in one building was a little different but it was really quiet. Everyone kept to themselves but were very nice. Host was really nice, as well, and very easy to get in contact with. Would 100% rent again or recommend. Very pet friendly »

« Our host Becky was excellent in responding to my questions. The room was very charming, clean, and well-equipped. I didn’t know it beforehand, but there is an electric griddle and burners for use. Our only slight complaints were that the lighting wasn’t great and the tub didn’t have a drain stopper. Small things that wouldn’t affect our decision to stay here again. For the price, it can’t be beat! »

« The cabin was very beautiful, setting was very peaceful, hostess was nice and kept in contact. There are 2 ponds near the cabin which make the view very beautiful. Very pet friendly. There is a fire pit and hot tub which made for very nice, peaceful evenings. I would definitely stay here again! »

« We were upgraded to the bardo but spoke with ppl that stayed at the tents and they said they were amazing. As for the bardo’s on the property. They were absolutely amazing. No property is perfect but this place is as close as it can be. If I’m ever in the area again I will definitely be staying here! »

« Key pickup was no problem. Nice home-base for day hiking in the park; tho located on a state route, the parkway runs just behind so noise might be an issue during warmer months. The bigger bed is not a queen... (nor is it a king). The shower is not suitable for tall or big people »
