We loved Palau, it was an amazing experience, but the hotel almost ruined it. It was terribly disappointing. The staff were often very rude to us, and we were nickel and dimed for EVERYTHING! Nothing listed as an amenity is complimentary. The airport is less than 2 miles from the hotel, yet they charged us $40.00 for a ride in.
