"No Airport pick up provided, despite it’s clearly noted in Expedia booking comments. No one from Hotel reached out to me for any details or confirmation. Called them ahead of time to confirm about the Airport pickup and I was assured it will be done but didn’t happen. Requested for additional mattress but despite repeated requests nothing was provided. At the time of check out when I complained about these issues to check out staff rather then believing me, they started to look into confirm that if I m lying about notes in the Expedia request. Instead of some kind of assurance that it was an honest mistake and they will look into that and will do something about that, staff handed over the POS terminal to pay the food charges. Gesture is …. So what if that Airport service is missed or despite my repeated requests nothing additional mattress was provided. At that time, I simply paid and walked out and with a commitment to myself, not to go back there again."

"From start to finish, we had such a lovely stay at this hotel. It’s a beautiful place, tastefully furnished, with stunning views that really make the experience special. What truly stood out, though, was the staff. From management to the front door team, security, and the breakfast and lunch staff, everyone was incredibly warm, kind, and attentive. Their service was a real credit to them individually, and also reflective of a culture that clearly takes great pride in hospitality. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Whether it was arranging drivers or even assisting us when we needed medical help, everything was handled quickly and with genuine care, which gave us real peace of mind throughout our stay. The rooms were spotless and very well furnished, and the location was ideal for getting around. We hadn’t visited Pakistan in over 20 years, and this trip was truly special. Thanks in no small part to our experience at this hotel, I know we’ll be coming back every year and we wouldn’t stay anywhere else. I couldn’t recommend this place more highly."

"The hotel is Amazing what makes it so special are the staff they are so kind and helpful and very professional. I can’t remember all the names but I remember Aroosa and kamaran both were so sweet and caring super helpful made us feel right at home . The hotel itself is beautiful clean I can’t find any fault and this was my second time here and my whole family enjoyed their stay and the hotel is very close to so many tourist attractions the area itself is beautiful. Credit goes to all the staff there. Thank you for a wonderful stay and inshallah we will be back "

"We just stayed one night while doing shopping in Lahore, Check in experience was bit too much formal, lucky we had all the required documents. I will rate this hotel a 4 star not really 5 star. Breakfast was wonderful and had a big selection of traditional and intercontinental food. Staff at breakfast even catered the personalised requests which was great. Overall this was quite pricy for price to comparable hotels in Lahore. I booked in rush without seeing the price coming was in US dollars not in Australian dollars. Overall great service and reasonable cleaning."
