"I had a 4 night booking. I did no stay the entire 3 days I left the second night. The bathroom and kind of dirty, the carpet was very dusty my white socks turned grey instantly. Room service was not attentive. "

"The staff allowed someone else to checked into our room under our reservation. Our room was assigned to someone else even though it was under our reservation. I had to pay for a different room (which was refunded the next day) for the night. It caused unnecessary stress on me and my family. Even though we were refunded, how could the front desk gave away our reservation as all check-ins required an official ID and a credit card."

"we got there in the late evening and had difficulty checking in ( nobody at front desk, nobody answering the phone, eventually somebody came). The shower was almost impossible to figure out how to use. When the staff was around they were helpful."
