Bravo »

« Terrible customer service... Couldn't get a callback from a manager after leaving multiple messages with staff to try to straighten out a booking error on my part. I know they didn't have to work with me to mitigate a complete financial loss to me but they could have since all area hotels were sold out and demand was high. »

« The room was comfortable »

« Everything you need, clean, confortable, an excellent value for money!! »

« Really nice place ! Comfortable, good isolation and great breakfast! »

« We called the front desk regarding late check in, and they were super friendly and helpful. It definitely made our trip a success. The Motel is in a quiet and convenient location to hiking in the North Cascades. »

« The inn is located on a river within 3-5 minutes of the historic center of Winthrop. It is pet friendly and the grounds are excellent for walks. I met the owner and she is friendly. We would happily stay here again. »

« The lodge is great. Staff is great. The food is great. Rooms were clean. The free breakfast is great. Really enjoyed the experience. »

« Very clean and nice place! »

« Beautiful location, well furnished unit. I had problems with the water not being hot enough for my liking and some insects that found their way into the unit before I arrived. EV charging was great. »

« Great communication and wonderful, well appointed place. Will definitely stay again! »
