« The inside of the room was lovely with new technology for door entry, lighting etc. and we loved the wildlife and farm animals. however the outside of the property was a total mess. It looked like lots of the buildings were falling to bits and the grounds were overgrown and not well kept the restaurant was permanently closed and the shared microwave in the corridor worked but there was no cutlery »

« Ma chambre était sale en arrivant. Le lendemain matin, j’ai demandé à ce que l’aspirateur soit passé sur la moquette et que le bureau soit nettoyé car on voyait des traces de tasse collantes. Rien n’a été fait à mon retour, c’est tres decevant. Le petit déjeuner n’est pas très bon également. »

« Il m a été alloué une chambre fumeur alors que j avais réservé une chambre non fumeur. Hotel plein pas de solution, appel à hotel.com mais chacun se renvoie la balle de la responsabilité de cette erreur. Finalement l hotel à trouve une solution. Heureusement car 0 retour de hotel.com.... l hotel en lui même correspond aux attentes et aux standards de holiday inn express »

« Belle surprise ! Hôtel dans un bar mais très bien tenu, très confortable, belle grande chambre, un peu de bruit, donne sur la rue mais tout le reste est excellent, déjeuner à la carte, très bien ! »

« I messaged them before I made my way to them. There was no reply, no one at the property when I arrived. Hotels.com took a while to help but they managed to find me a much better stay. »

« Beautiful clean house with gorgeous space for a large multi generational family to have a comfortable stay, but set up as a show home to sell rather than as a holiday let to stay in, so it was missing a few things for it to be really comfortable. It sleeps up to 10 but the dining table can only seat 6, there are only 5 forks in the house (we had to ask visiting friends to bring their own cutlery), no bins in the bedrooms, no extra bin bags or details on what to recycle, no hooks or coat stand to...
