"Hotel network was down so they couldn't confirm my expedia booking but that was resolved with an offline phone call. Once the call was made check in was speedy and painless. Room ac wasn't fully functional initially. Seemed to kick into high gear overnight and was mostly pleasant. Staff at the hotel was amazing! Great customer service and they catered for my every need. "I usually don’t write reviews but this guest house got me writing one. This guest house obviously advertised what they wanted people to see on Expedia. No one could be found during check out including receptionist, the place was empty. The security guy was asleep that we left without hun knowing, making the security of the place questionable. "

"I guess this people lied about the facilty it's not a real hotel, it's really sad that no back up plan for power outage, the swimming is more like a fish pond it's not in use . The generator cannot power the A/C .while people lie about their facility. No enough towel .i think i will make a claim"
