Everything was alright

Nov 28, 2017

While I'm happy with BA's service, I have to say that there isn't an inbound flight into Lagos, on any airline that I've been on, that doesn't have one issue or another. I'm sure there are exceptions to the rule, but Nigerian travellers are some of the most poorly behaved I've ever seen. Constantly asking for more alchohol, unbuckling seat belts and even standing up while the plane is still taxiing, making constant special requests to staff, and not respecting elbow room for other passengers. On this last flight I had to ask to be re-seated because the two large men on either side pressed in on me too much, and even after I was re-seated (very helpfully by the staff) the gentleman seated next to me had no regard whatsoever for my space but instead took the whole arm rest so that his elbow forced me to sit sideways most of the 6 hour flight. Thanks for reading this rant.
