"When we arrived it turned out they didn’t have our reservation from Expedia and were fully booked. This was a frustrating situation especially when it was our first stop on our vacation. The staff were quick to solve the problem and moved us to the Leaside Manor down the road where we were greeted by amazing staff that helped us settle in with ease. Big thanks to everyone that helped us from the Monastery and Leaside Manor. "
