« En bordure du boulevard Richard Lenoir, l’établissement est bien situé pour visiter le quartier du Marais. Les appartements ont été rénovés et sont donc plutôt agréables. Le confort est correct. A cause du covid, les petits déjeuners sont réduits. Le défaut majeur est le niveau sonore dû au boulevard, même dans les étages élevés. Demander un appartement côté cour intérieure si c’est possible. »

« De locatie is uniek vanwege de vele poesen, kippen ,vogels. De omgeving nodigd uit tot fietsen en gezellige terrassen zijn er veel te vinden. Strand en veel natuurgebieden. Zeer kindvriendelijk. Het appartement had alles in zich om een fijne vakantie te hebben. Volledige keuken inventaris, vaatwasmachine! Bedden goed. Het enige min puntje was voor ons dat er nergens een raam open kon, alleen een ventielatierooster. »
