Recherche d’hôtels − Comté de Mountrail

« Our room was clean but it took two tries, the first room we were sent to had only been half cleaned- no sheets on the bed and the bathroom was dirty. Second room was clean. the stair way was pretty dirty, my 7-year-old even commented on it. They have a pool but its not in use- didn't advertise a pool so we thought they didn't have one. They do, it says closed for maintenance. You have to walk across the parking lot to the neighbor hotel to check in. Its not a far walk. Would stay again if...

« They had apparent issues with their cleaning help the day we went to stay. I ended up deciding even though it was late at night to look down the road for another place. Staff was very helpful but there's only so much they could do. »

« I returned my cabin keys when I checked out, but they never returned the key deposit hold on my credit card. When i called to follow up they played dumb and accused me of not returning my keys. »

« The staff was wonderful and the place was cozy and so beautifully decorated. If you love b and bs, this is a great stop. I don't usually do reviews but I would come back here any day and I hope I will soon. »

« The water pressure in shower was nice... But to have to dry off with smoke filled towels with cat hair sucked. Had to buy own t.p. And don't expect new towels everyday. The lady at desk was rude, unhelpful. Everyone else was pleasant and helpful. »
