« Awesome historical building with a spa! »

« Climbing to a third story room when there was no one on the first two floors was a bit baffling. (We’re old) The room was a pleasant surprise as it was spacious and clean and the second bath was truly appreciated. We couldn’t use the bedroom bathroom sink as the stopper seemed to be permanently stopped. Being greeted at the main door was regrettable as the trash receptacle was overflowing. All in all not a bad stay but a return is doubtful. »

Sarah contacted us, was up front with the potential issue, had already contacted a contractor, and had already looked to see if alternative accommodation was available to us.
