« Very reasonable and clean! The beds were very comfortable. The public pool near by was an added bonus for us! »

« Our stay was amazing! There were so many things to do, and it was perfect for a decent sized group. If you want to grill some BBQ, there’s a great grill ready to use. If you’re into fishing, the pond was awesome (I caught around 15 fish in a one of my outings). If you’d rather stay in, there are plenty of games in the cabinet and cards at the table to keep everyone entertained. And if you want to head into town, there are plenty of things to do nearby as well.Overall, the atmosphere was...

« This was our second stay here. We love it!! The covered front porch and fire pit are awesome. We set outside and enjoyed the nature. We will return in the future. The hosts are very accommodating. Thanks!! »

« The kitchen is fully stocked, and the entire place is very clean. The peace amd serenity I experienced here were just what I needed after a few trying months. Pet friendly, my dog was in heaven with the pond and acreage to run. This hidden gem is just that, a gem. A little slice of heaven. Do pay attention, and bring food, as its at least 30 minutes to a store. »

« The facility was clean but is outdated. The room was a suite and had a lot of stains on the furniture and carpet. »

« Our first reaction when we entered our room was, " WOW! This is so CLEAN!" I think this is the cleanest, well-kept hotel we have stayed in, ever! There were plenty of towels. The bedding and linens were high quality, cozy, and not worn-out. The air conditioner was easy to operate and worked efficiently. The staff were also VERY welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was varied and really good, plus the breakfast area was tidy and clean, and was kept this way the entire time that people were...

« This was a charming little place very clean and neat actually got to meet the owners super super nice people highly recommend it we go to Seneca Lake three or four times a year and this spot will be reoccurring »

« We enjoyed our kid free stay. The host Terry and Annie were extremely friendly and easy going. The place was perfect for just my wife and I. I loved the fact the porch was shaded at anytime of the day, making it nice and easy to sit and relax outside. Inside was clean and tidy, very inviting. »

« This was an absolutely beautiful and serene weekend escape with my family. We had plenty of room and peace and quiet! Even my teenage boys commented on how relaxing it was. We had 7 teenagers with us and had zero complaints for 4 whole days! Bring your supplies so you don't have to leave ...unless you want to go check out the goods at the general store in Mt. Ephraim. Absolutely loved!! »
