"Extremely convenient if you’re arriving or departing from Milano Centrale. There is an elevator which is important if you are traveling with heavy luggage. The rooms are very nice and there are so many amenities I didn’t get to take advantage of. The proximity to the metro station is very convenient. I will warn light sleepers that you may hear the trains. I never felt unsafe in the area and I would happily stay here again. "

"Every single staff member was absolutely amazing. So patient with my children too! The place was fabulously clean. The food was excellent. The beds and pillows very comfortable. The pool could’ve been a little warmer but not something I’d complain about. 5 stars well deserved. "
