I thought that was very thoughtful considering customer service in my opinion is dead thank you very much to the general manager for sending me the kind note and some treats"

"The new water park there is very nice! Lots of pools and an adult pool with a walk up bar! Downtown frankenmuth has lots to offer only gripe the rooms have a small bathroom and could use a slight refreshing of the ceiling and walls but the beds were comfy! Lots to doin the hotel as well!"
